About the founder
Tara Verner is a veteran marketer with over 20 years of experience in marketing ranging from brand, to product and direct marketing and even PR and corporate communications. In addition to wearing many marketing hats, Tara has built and managed global marketing teams at such companies as VeriSign, Symantec, Intuit, Webvan to name a few.

About the founder
Our partner firm is run by Ken Chen. Ken has helped 50+ companies in the last 20+ years as a marketer. First, as a Brand Marketer (P&G), then a Product Manager (Intuit), then as a Marketing Director (Driveway, Homestead, Presto). The last 12 years, Ken created EM Marketing, as a way to help other marketing & product experts, and specialists find true work-life balance.

About Molly Tapias
Molly has worked at Firebrick Consulting for several years, where she generated high-impact, differentiated positioning to accelerate companies' revenue and market penetration.
Molly began her management consulting career at Bain & Company. While at Bain, she advised some of the world's most successful technology, biotechnology and private equity firms on their urgent competitive and growth issues. She helped clients on a range of topics including growth expansion strategy, investment due diligence, cost reduction, and portfolio optimization.
Prior to Bain, Molly completed her dissertation in social-personality psychology at the University of California, Berkeley. She holds a B.A. in Human Biology and Latin American Studies with Honors at Stanford University.
